Will you call out to anywhere in Leeds?
Yes we will call to any post code in Leeds and most surrounding areas.
What sort of things can you help me with?
Pretty much any computer related problem. That includes computers themselves, along with printer, broadband, wifi, modem routers, anti-virus and general software issues, email problems etc Hardware help includes general repairs, RAM upgrades, replacing faulty CD drives and so on.
Do you do home visits?
All our call outs are either home or business visits.
Do you charge a call out?
Instead of wasting hours, tearing your hair out, we can visit you at your home at a time to suit you and fix whatever problem computer related problem you're having. The cost is just £35 for the first hour, and £15 per subsequent hour if required. There's no callout charge.
How much do you charge?
We do not try to set any pre-defined prices until you have had the opportunity to speak to the IT Professional who will carry out the work for you. At this point they will discuss your requirements with you and outline their pricing.
The price will vary depending on where you are located and of course, exactly what work you need doing.
How do i contact you?

Does the service operate in the evenings and at weekends?
Yes - at no extra cost, evening and weekend visits usually suit us better anyway.
How quickly can you fix my problem?
Sometimes, very quickly - within a few hours even. Usually, however, we aim to respond to every call within 24 hours.
I have a small business .....can you help?
If you have a small home-based business, probably yes. Our service is not suitable to large networks or small businesses with mission critical requirements and deadlines. But a typical home set up such as a couple of PC's, a printer, wifi etc is fine.
I do not have a windows disc?
PCrs can provide the necessary software but only if the customer has a valid windows certificate.
Do you carry spare parts?
Our engineers usually carry a selection of spares. However most spare parts can be sourced within 48 hours.
I have a notebook with a broken screen?
PCrs can replace any notebook screen, any size, please contact us for a quotation.
I have purchased a PC, will PCrs install it for me?
PCrs will install and configure any desktop PC or notebook from any manufacturer. No purchase necessary.
If i have my own parts will you fit them for me?
Absolutely but unfortunately no warranty can be given on parts supplied by the customer.
What is PCrs Elite Systems?
PCrs Elite Systems is the name of our PC build service. We can build to order or even assemble your parts, the choice is yours.
How do i pay?
You can pay with either cheque or cash. Return to questions.
